At Boods Sweatbands, we want you to feel fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay! To ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience, we have created a straightforward and easy-to-understand return policy. Please read the details below to learn more about how you can return or exchange your item.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not completely happy with your Boods Sweatbands purchase, we’re here to help! You can return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all the original packaging intact.

To start the return or exchange process, simply email us at kate@boods-sweatbands.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the next steps to ensure your return is processed quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If the item is approved for return, we’ll process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method, such as your credit card or PayPal account. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. However, the time needed depends on your bank’s processing time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, we are happy to help! Simply contact us at kate@boods-sweatbands.au, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we have your preferred item in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise! Please reach out to us immediately at kate@boods-sweatbands.au with your order details and a photo of the item. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used or washed sweatbands cannot be returned. We are unable to accept returns for items not in their original condition or those returned after the 30-day window.
